CANON PIXMA TR4527 PRINTER OFFLINE

The Canon Pixma TR4527 printer going offline is not new. Printers tend to go offline if they are idle for too long or they have some internal issues. Here are the two best methods that can resolve the offline problem.


METHOD 1: DISABLE THE FIREWALL

      • Open the Control Panel on your computer.
      • Select the Programs option and click the Uninstall a program button.
      • The window will now open a list of applications.
      • Select the antivirus/firewall application and click the Uninstall button.

METHOD 2: DISABLE THE USE PRINTER OFFLINE OPTION

      • Open Devices and Printers (Control Panel).
      • Do a right-click on the Canon Pixma printer.
      • Select the option, See what's printing?
      • Click the Printer tab.
      • Deselect the checkbox next to the Use Printer Offline option.
