HARDWARE SETUP Canon PIXMA TR457

  1. Unpack the Canon Pixma TR4527 printer from the carton.
  2. Place the printer away from direct sunlight and preferably closer to the computer and the wireless router.
  3. Remove the protective tapes surrounding the Pixma printer and discard them.
  4. Open the Canon printer's front access door and remove the orange material present inside and also the protective packaging.
  5. Remove the power cord from the sealed packaging, connect it to the printer and the power source. Turn on the Canon Pixma TR4527 Setup.
  6. Choose the language and press the OK button.
  1. Open the front door and the cartridge access door. Wait for the print head to come to its optimal position.
  2. Unpack the ink cartridges from the cover.
  3. Gently place the color ink cartridge into the slot and push it until it snaps into place (repeat the same step for the black ink cartridge), and close the cartridge access door.
  4. Place a stack of paper into the input tray and adjust the paper guides to hold the stack firmly.
